The Elma Eagles will be looking for Referees and Linesmen for the 2026 soccer season!
You or your child can become a referee or linesmen after completing the Ontario Soccer in-person course for the desired age group.

Courses will be offered early next year at various locations across southern Ontario. They require some theory work before hand, and an in-person practical course.
Elma Soccer will reimburse the cost of the course after 3 games have been officiated.
Earnings are dependent on age of players but can range from $16-25/game for Linesmen and $25-55+/game for Referees.
